Vacuum and wipe down elevators, including buttons, keys and doors

Clean/disinfect all toilets
Clean sinks, and remove calcium deposits and shine
Clean mirrors, glass and countertops
Empty garbage containers
Shine chrome on garbage containers, faucets, and sinks
Wipe down all bathroom stalls inside and outside 
Stock all paper goods, provided by office building unless negotiated otherwise
Remove all calcium buildup and rings from toilets
Wipe down all chrome fixtures in each stall including toilet wastepaper receptacle and doors
Sweep all tiled floors each clean including corners and edges
Mop all tile floors each clean 

Flooring
Vacuum all carpeted areas including rugs, corners/edges, and stairways
Sweep all tile/vinyl floors each clean including corners and edges
Mop all tile/vinyl flooring
Dust and Mop wood floors with specialized product

General 
Wipe down all major surfaces on desks, shelving, and tables
Empty all garbage containers
Clean drinking fountains

As needed basis
Dust baseboards and moldings
Clean exterior balconies and stairs
Remove smudges from walls and stairs
Remove all interior cobwebs
Dust wall surfaces

Kitchen Area
Clean all countertops and hard surfaces
Clean and shine outside of all appliances
Clean and shine sink
